\mathfrak{\blue{Answer→}}Viruses insert their genetic material into a human cell's DNA in order to reproduce. Antibiotics cannot killviruses because bacteria and viruseshave different mechanisms and machinery to survive and replicate. The antibiotic has no “target” to attack in a virus.

Answer:

viruses do not have their own biochemical mechanism and depend upon the host ....

they attach themselves to the cell and convert it into a virus.... it is because of the all these changes antibiotics do not work on viral diseases.
