Atmosphere is the blanket of air that surrounds our Earth.
Atmosphere acts as a barrier when Ultraviolet Rays of the Sun fall on the Earth. It filters the UV rays. When it stops the rays of the sun then the rays pass have less intensity. As it stops the sun's rays so the sun's glare softens and it did not cause any harm to our body especially our skin.
