why the blood of octopus is blue?

the ability is litterly in blood the same pigment that gives the octopus blood colour blue

octopus has three hearts and its blood colour is blue because octopus live in deep oceans and so it has evolved a copper rather than iron based blood  called hemocyanin which is the reason why it is blue
