because water forms ionic bond and thereby have a strong force of attraction between atoms so water have a high boiling point

due to the higher electronegativity of Oxygen than sulphur that it makes the intramolecular hydrogen bonds with hydrogen atoms of other water molecules Thus boiling point of water is more than H2S ..
