Why the bulb get fused ?​

The bulb get fuse when operated at a higher potential because the filament of the bulb is made of tungsten which due to high resistance produce high amount of heat energy due to which it glows. When a higher potential is passed it leads to very high generation of heat which melts the tungsten element.

Bulb gets fused because it's filament gets heated due to the continuos lightening of bulb so it's filament made up of tungsten so it's get damage so bulb get fused.
