why the cell wall is present in plants but absent in animals?​

All cells have cell membranes, and the membranes are flexible. So animal cells can have various shapes, but plant cells only have the shapes of their cell walls. That's nice for plants, because it gives them the ability to grow up and out, where they can get lots of sunlight for making their food..

this is because plants are subjected to adverse weather conditions and other harmful conditions but they are unable to move from their place to save themselves, so they have cell wall, a rigid and strong substance composed of cellulose to protect their cell.... Whereas animals can do the needful to save themselves from adverse conditions
