Why the children of slum areas never get Hepatitis( talking about hepatitis b)?

The vast majority of adults recover after several months. They clear the infection from their bodies and become immune. This means they won't get infected with hepatitis B again. They are no longer contagious and cannot pass hepatitis B to others.

in slum areas the hygiene is not correctly maintained there are many viruses and bacteria in surrounding of slum area the children are infected by it so the immunity of children become stronger when hypotitis virus come so there t-lymohocytes fight against them and kill them but also there are very few chances that children are not infected by them
