Three chambered heart consists of two atria and one ventricle.

It occurs in amphibians and reptiles (except crocodiles).

The left atrium receives oxygenated blood from gills/lungs/skin and the right atrium receives deoxygenated blood from all body parts.

However, they get mixed up in single ventricle which pumps out mixed blood.

The blood passes through heart twice in completing one circulation throughout the body but also gets mixed in ventricle. Such circulation is called incomplete double circulation.
