➡Green colour is present exactly between all the other wavelengths of light.
➡ In VIBGYOR , Green is exactly the middle .
➡The human eyes is in such a way that it is very easy to perceive the green wavelength light.
➡We do not have to stress our eyes in order to perceive the wavelength of green light .
➡Also it is soothing and relaxing for our eyes.
➡Actually the wavelength of green light is optimum such that the lens of our eyes can easily converge the rays to form an image.
These are the scientific reasons that green light is good for health

BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE TO STRESS OUR EYES IN ORDER TO PERCEIVE THE WAVELENGTH OF GREEN LIGHT....
