When both the compounds are dissociated, the number of ions in the first compound will be 7, while in the second compound it will only be 3. As conductivity depends on the no of ions, the conductivity of the first compound will be higher.
Note: we are considering equal moles of the compounds.
Also in the dissociated form the first coordination entity will have a higher charge of +6 as compared to second of only +1
