I actually think it is the fault of the Indian constitution, the constitution clearly says that all people are equal in front of law, it is the people acquired in the government who marginalize people based on caste, race, color. To talk about the varna's, they were also created by people and not by the constitution. The constitution is just a piece of paper with power.
