Why the earthquake is mostly caused in the month of April......????

Let me tell you one this first dear,
Earthquakes are caused by sudden movement of tectonic plates or other geological disturbances. They are artificial too when nuclear testing is done underground.

Now, back to your question,
There's not a fixed time why they occur in the same month.
Whenever there'll be disturbances undeground, earthquakes occur.

And recently these disturbances occured due to motion of lava under plates.
So, we can not say that when they'll occur next.
We don't even have special devices to measure when they'll occur.
They are just unpredictable. And it's not necessary that they'll occur always in April. It was just a coincidence.

This year there was typically pattern of quake activity up until the end of March and then things went bonkers.
In a typical month the planet is shaken by an average of one or two medium to large earthquakes. This past month was not typical.
Things were running on track up until the end of March and then the ground went totally bonkers.
