Why the entropy of the universe is always increasing?

Because the galaxies are accelerating away from each other due to Dark energy. You can say dark energy as antigravity . Dark energy may be the energy of space that is shown by Einstein as Cosmological constant in his equations. It is the energy that prevent gravitational contraction of the universe but it is not constant. Entropy increasing because universe is expanding due to the affect of unknown energy.
