The answer is no — plenty of animals contract diseases or, more commonly, parasites from eating the flesh of other animals. This is one reason that carnivores are eaten so much less commonly than herbivores: not only are they harder to keep and farm, but they are harder to keep healthy via their food source.

bcz stomach is lined with epithelial cells, which produce mucus. This forms a barrier between lining of the stomach and its contents
