why the following countries can't be called a democratic give reason for Saudi Arabia Estonia and Faizi

One of the most important feature of democratic country is that every adult citizen must have one vote and each vote must have one value irrespective of caste, colour, gender, religion, etc.

In Saudi Arabia ,womem are not allowed to vote .
In Estonia, the Russian minority finds it very difficult to be allowed to vote.
In Fizi, the vote of a Fijian have more value than that of an Indian - Fijian.

Hence, these countries cannot be called as democratic coumtries.
