Because the population has to remain constant...
If there are no deaths and only births then the whole world would become congested..
Its not only humans all the organisms in this world has a limited life..
This was first proposed by Darwin...

Because it is impossible for a living or non living organism to live continusely without death or reformation.

for example The life span of our sun is becoming smaller and smaller and after few billion year the Sun will also finished and then without Sun life on our earth will also finished. So that a new solar system will build.

so human being also needs reformation. That why the human life is limited.

if organisms not die than the the Earth is congested and it also affects the whole enviroment and the ecosystem.

Thats why not only the life of human beings is limited but also the life of all other organisms.
