because unko unke lungs me.jo carbon dioxide present hoti h use bahar nikalna hota h kyuki hamari body acchi chijo ke intake se pahle buri chije jo body ke lie sahi nahi hoti unhe bahar nikalti h and therefore before intake of oxygen they expel carbon dioxide by crying
