A shadow is produced when light is blocked. A flame, like on the wick of a candle, is a gaseous chemical reaction...if there is enough carbon-soot produced, then perhaps it would block some of the light.

Answer:
Since light consists of photons, which are bosons, and because light carries no electric charge, light never directly interacts with other light. So no, light itself cannot directly block other light and therefore cast a shadow. In other words, photons do not bounce off each other or deflect each other.
