2. The shops located in malls are permanent shops. So the shopkeeper also has to pay for other expenses (such as electricity, labour). So the shopkeepers charge more money for the goods that they sell.

these things adds up togather and results in high investments..to pay off these investment as well as to earn profits ..the product that may cost you a little less at a street shop will become expensive here ..
