The north pole of earth has higher magnitic field because the north pole is aligned to tge earth magnetic field more perfectly.

the magnetic field of the Earth arises from moving iron in the Earth's core. The poles of the Earth's magnetic field are not necessarily aligned to the geographic poles. This is why the north pole of a compass will point towards it (opposite poles attract). Field lines can be visualized quite easily in the real world
