why the particles of matter not repel each other ?

By electromagnetism there is no possibility that a particle of matter and a similar particle of antimatter willrepel each other because only like charges repel each other .

In matter, There are Protons, Neutrons and Electrons
.
Of course, in matter electron - electron and proton - proton repulsons are there. But at the same time Proton - Electrons and Electrons - Protons attractions are there.
Neutrons just stay there.
