Smell of perfume spreads rapidly in summer because the intermolecular force between the particles get charged up and starts moving faster than usual due to the heat present in the atmosphere.

Let me describe or explain it in detail.
Particles of matter are continuously moving.
It means they move from one place to another.
This movement is fastest in gases as there particles have very high intermolecular space and also least kinetic energy.
When we open a bottle of perfume it's particles mixes with particles of air and travel a distance.
One more property to be noticed is Heat Energy increases the movement of these particles and hence their kinetic energy.
So, we can say kinetic energy is directly propotional to temperature.
In summer, temperature is high, so the movement of these particles is so high.
That's the reason or answer of the statement given by u.
