Why the rain is called divine in the poem ?

The rain is divine as it gives life but dpes not expect anything in return. It is a blessing swnt by heaven on earth to give life to plants, flowers,trees and all forms of liufe. ITlt acts as merciful mesanger of clouds and quenches thirst of fields. In this way the rain is divine.
