Answer:because enzymes need a moderate temperature and they cannot function effitiently in extreme temperature.....

in low temperature the availability of sunlight is less so the rate of photosynthesis is low whereas in higher temperature there is availability of sunlight so the plants get all necessary factors for photosynthesis.
