As alpha particle is helium atom with no e- so net charge on helium atom will be due to its two protons at centre
so ratio is double

so if we compare it to a single proton then
ratio is found to be doubled
but I asked the ratio of charge of proton and a Alfa particle
see 2proton=1alpha particle
so ratio comes to be 2:1
