why the resistance of carbon decreases with rise in the temperature

The higher temperature increases the vibration of the electrons (and atoms) in the material, which loosens the binding force of the electrons to the nuclei allowing them to be emitted and move more freely with less potential.

Because resistance is Inversely proportional to the temperature in case of carbon ..hence, resistance of carbon decreases ..
