After long enough time, the body’s temperature will be only slightly above ambient. It won’t get completely down to ambient due to the heat produced by the bacteria and such that are breaking down the body.

At the time of death, it could be as high as 46C if they had a really bad fever or heatstroke. It could be 37C if they died quickly from a car accident or brain aneurysm. It could be as low as 14C if they are unlucky enough to get caught in the ice in a skiing accident.

The 46C and 14C are the world records for body temperatures that humans have survived. I imagine that there have been a few with temperatures higher or lower that did not survive.
