Why the temperature of the moon falls to -190° C?

Temperatures on the moon are extreme, ranging from boiling hot to freezing cold depending on where the sun is shining. There is no significant atmosphere on the moon, so it cannot trap heat or insulate the surface.

Moon is the natural satellite of earth, unlike earth it doesn't have a ozone layer due to which moon cannot keep the heat from the sun for too long so the temperature falls to -190degree or even less.
