why the tertiary sector most important in India?

our country comes under developing countries. if we want to go higher we need to have the  human resources and the service sector is best to improve human resources. Many countries  namely Japan , United states are successful because of this factor.

teritiary or the service sector is most important in any developing countries like india because most of the developing countries depend upon the agricultural sector which dose not contribute more to the GDP and in many developed countries the contribution of agricultural sector is 2% but n india it is 20% share of GDP in the developed countries is 40% where as in india it is 4% this should develop to make india a developed country.
