AS moon takes 12 hours and 25 minutes to to complete half revolution around earth, by the time it reaches opposite side of high tide which has already taken place

THEREFORE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TWO HIGH TIDES IS 12 HOURS AND 25 MINUTES.
