⏪The trees in the hilly areas such as Kashmir , undergo heavy snow fall . The snowfalls reduce the shape of the trees and reduces their size to a cone shaped structure . This gives them a cone shaped structure . Due to this cone shaped structure , they are called CONIFERS.
