Heya !!!

Here is Your Answer.

Question : Why is the value of g or acceleration due to gravity is zero?

We know that as the distance from the Earth decreases, the acceleration due to gravity also decreases. So, at the centre, the distance is zero. So, the acceleration due to gravity will also be zero.

Secondly, Earth is rounded shaped. So, mass of Earth is equally distributed from all sides.
We know that if equal forces act on a body from opposite directions, then net force becomes zero. So, Due to mass of Earth equally distributed from all sides makes net force zero. That's why acceleration due to gravity at the centre of Earth is zero.

Take it this way that earth is pulling the object okay.....

F=GMeM/R^2

On the surface of earth whole of the volume of earth attracts that object.

When u move inside the earth the actual volume and mass of earth attracting the object is also reducing. so the value of Me starts decreasing in the above formula and the force starts decreasing and when ur at centre of earth there is no actual earth attracting u as u are a centre thers nothing under you attracting and u muight argue that the gravitational force by the rest of earth which is above u now show have impact, but the forces are getting cancelled because they are equal and in all direction when u are at center

I could have explained this better if u coul use a diagram but i cannot hope u understood
