Why the water cycle is a continuous process

that is because the conditions for the processes of precipitation, condensation and evaporation are available in the atmosphere at all times.

so hence the processes continue all the time till the conditions for them to work cease to action.

there is hence continuous process of evaporation of sea water and condensation of it in the troposphere to form clouds and when the clouds get saturated they commence with the precipitation process  .
