Answer:If there are a lot of lines through a magnet and not a great space between them, the magnet is strong. If the lines between a magnet are far apart and there aren't many lines, the magnet is weak. A way of determining the strength of a magnet is to do an experiment with iron filings

Explanation: first of all this is assumption that magnetic field is made up of lines which are seperated ,now we really don't know that if they exist then how much dence they can get so no comment's  can be made ,now if the gap is dismissed then the two filed line will mix up there will be be two possibility for one wave to propagation which is not possible,more information is not yet achieved by my knowledge so hope it will help!
