Why there are two types of masses 1)inertial mass 2)gravitational mass??​

◇ Inertial mass is mass on which force is applied to produce a motion or to keep it in rest state.

◆ So newton's law is applicable, F = ma, this m is Inertial one.

◇ Gravitational mass is that mass influenced by gravitational pull (g).

◆ W = mg, this m is gravitational one.


satya1910: Full what is difference??are both same??i think they should be same but only difference is that different properties (inertia) and other (gravitational weight) is take to give two different terms.
