Yes. It is very important for the Need of Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).

because the main aim of CCE is to give questions on their own but not from the text book or guide. SO in CCE pattern we may not sure that ques will come only from textbook. By giving these own questions, student can able to face any questions in examinations.

To make the education and learning effective for the students, teachers need to evaluate them on a regular basis in order to keep a check and balance on if they are able to learn and understand the topics which are being taught in the class.

Also,to become expert in mathematics and become efficient it needs continuous practice, thus teachers themselves need to continuously work on improving their skills so they are able to teach and make the children understand in a better manner.
