no black holes cannot have anything around them because the strong gravitational pull of black pulls everything toward it .
hope this helped you :)

Avi11111111: even I know that principal, azimuthal andmagnetic quantum no is derived from it
AryanDas: angular part contain thita and phie depends on l and m
Avi11111111: spin quantum no is not derived
Avi11111111: dont talk about general information from its formula
AryanDas: then what are you asking for
Avi11111111: how it is derived
Avi11111111: and how was spin quantum no derived if that is not a product of Schrödinger wave equation
AryanDas: I forgot about these things..because these are not needed
AryanDas: iit does not use these concepts in its question making
Avi11111111: let it be

A black hole have a tremendous gravitational pull , its gravitational pull is so much powerful that even planets 100 to 1000 times greater than our own planet ie Earth gets attracted towards it and collapse with it so formation of small rings which is made up of asteroids is not possible .... but as a matter of fact only a galaxy can be formed around a black hole due to its gravitational pull.... hope your problem is cleared and may some extra information helped you.....

Avi11111111: have any better answer
Avi11111111: and how do you know if ans is correct or not if you have asked it
AryanDas: so I have asked it for fun and one is answering correctly
Avi11111111: sorry I didn't get you
Avi11111111: then why did you said that its wrong
AryanDas: you are completely wrong because gaseous ring around black hole follow a spiral path and finally ends in black hole which were absorbed from other celestial bodies
Avi11111111: so thats what I said they finally end up inside black hole
AryanDas: but there a gaseous ring which do exist around black hole
Avi11111111: let me tell you .... Whenever I am free I search about black holes on Google... and it says that nothing such as gas can withstand gravitation of black hole
AryanDas: what are you telling bro ,I have attended a lecture of NASA's scientist
