Why there is a tention in Belgium in 1950 and 1960? How and when it was resolved?​

minority French speaking are relatively rich and powerful.this was resented by the dutch speaking community who got education and economic development much later.this lead to a tension between French speaking and dutch speaking community during 1950s and 1960s .

it was solved by the constitutional changes that took place in 1993 .
