There was tention in belgium during tht time bcuse there were some pblms like-
1.Minority group french got rights n education earlier than majority dutch speaking.
during 1960 n 1970s it was solved by framing its constitution four times n forming model for accomodation og belgium.
In this model every french n dutch community got equal right in state n central gov.
community gov was formed where people from a group whether it is fench german or dutch.
by this belgium resolved all pblms
