Why there is expiry dates on honey? as we all know honey never spoils

There are several reasons whyhoney lasts forever, one being its high acidity level that prevents the growth of bacteria and other organisms that cause spoiling. ... Although honey never expires, itcan crystallize or granulate, but that honey is still safe to consume n one more important thing is that their is many artificial honey in market so biy carefully

As when honey is made in factories various other chemicals are also used for its preservation hence it has expiry date whereas real honey is free from chemicals and has no expiry date
