Vitamins are essential for the body to stay healthy and grow.Having proper vitamins in your diet helps to improve immunity and digestion process in the body. Include Vitamin A-E , Vitamin K in your daily food to gain the nutrients that they contain. If the body doesn't gets the required vitamins then there is a need to take dietary supplements to cover up the need of vitamins in the body.

Vitamin A: it is important for eye health and is found in milk, eggs, and green leafy vegetables.
Vitamin B: It is the best source to get carbohydrates and energy to the body.
Vitamin C: It is very beneficial to keep our immune system strong and fights off with infections. It can be mainly obtained from citrus fruits.
Vitamin D: Can be easily obtained from direct sunlight. Taking in Vitamin D is good to keep your bones strong.
Vitamin E: It is believed to be good for hair and skin. This helps to get healthy skin, hair, and nails and we can get vitamin E from
Vitamin K: Having vitamin K rich foods helps to keep heart healthy, maintains Oral Hygiene, fights off Cancer. It can be obtained from green leafy vegetables, dairy products, prunes, broccoli.
