why there is no bending while light is travelling perpendicular through that medium?

A ray bends when it's not head on because entering/leaving the medium changes the velocity, and one side of each wave front starts going slow/fast before the other, and so is rotated:
If both sides of the wave front change speed together, there's no effect.

when  a light falls perpendicularly on a medium, it will definitely travel straight on that medium making an angle of 90 with the surface and therefore will not bend and moreover our eyes do not have the tendency to see light in bending form.
