Why there is no dispersion of light on passing through a rectangular glass slab, but shows dispersion on passing throgh prism?

A prism creates dispersion because different colours of light pass through different angles but in rectangular glass slab they all pass through one straight and another inverted slab through same angle

it is because  after refracting through the second interface, all colors start moving parallel to each other .This is the only reason we do not see colours

but we can see the colors in the prism because there the lights bend at certain angles
