why there is no gravity in free fall motion ?

There is gravity. There is just no physical sensation of gravity. On earth we feel the pressure of the ground fighting gravity. Without that fight, there's nothing to feel. Which doesn't mean that gravity has gone away, just that there is nothing to fight about.
