Why transpiration is a necessary evil?

Transpiration is a necessary evil as while transpiration the plant doesn`t know what amt. of water is transpirated and due to which plant may even die.On the contrary if excess of water is stored in plant that`s also bad for plant.

So it`s a necessary...
