Tuna Fish are rarely caught beyond tropical latitudes in the ocean because change in temperature can affect the kinetics of the enzyme and can further bring out the changes in their functions and metabolic activity . That is why they remain restricted to their original habitat .

Topical areas are warm and have optimum conditions that favours the existence of tuna fish. Tuna fish require warm temperatures which is supplied by tropical oceans .When moving away from the tropical ocean the temparatures becomes lower steadily. This tomatically discourages the presence of the tuna fish due to unfavourable temparatures.
