Why vegetative reproduction is also considered as a type of asen.al reproduction?​

because in vegetative reproduction, only one plant is involved and the offspring is the result of one parent.

for a reproduction to be considered sexual, two parents are needed but since, in vegetative, only one parent is required. therefore it is considered asexual.
