Why vehicles are provided with shockers?

because shockers helps us to protect from hurt like ramp on road,

From Newton's second law of motion.

It is done to decrease the rate of change of momentum by increasing the time interval & hence reducing the impact force during jeŕks.

This also reduces the hardness of the shocks in vehicles move over an uneven road.
