why was 26 jan 1950 chosen as day for implantation of constitution of India

bcz.on 26 January 1930 meeting of national congress held at Lahore.therefore this date was decided to be celebrated as independence day.but as it was the day 15 august of out independence.so therefore constitution makers made the day 26 January 1850
