Why was Article 370 implemented wayback in history? By whom was it implemented​

It's was implemented by jawaharlal nehru who is the first and that time of prime Minister of India . In article 370 it was implemented on Jammu and Kashmir it declared that Jammu and Kashmir will have it's separate constitution but will be known as the state of India. Their will be no control of Indian government on Jammu and Kashmir
